Copyright and Submission License Agreement

- Ownership of Submissions
By submitting any content, including but not limited to story ideas, chapters, comments, or other creative materials (“Submissions”), you agree that your Submissions become the sole property of The Authors’ Club immediately upon submission. You waive all rights of ownership and moral rights to such content. - License Grant
You hereby grant The Authors’ Club a perpetual, non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, display, distribute, and publicly perform your Submissions solely for purposes related to platform operation, collaborative development, publication, marketing, and promotional activities associated with The Authors’ Club. - Crediting
While The Authors’ Club retains ownership rights, all contributions will be credited to the original authors when published or shared, unless specifically agreed otherwise. - No Obligation to Use
The Authors’ Club is under no obligation to publish, distribute, or use your Submissions, and may decline or remove content at any time. - Representations & Warranties
You confirm that your Submissions are your original work, do not infringe upon the rights of others, and do not violate any laws. - Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless The Authors’ Club from any claims arising from your Submissions, including claims of breach of intellectual property rights. - Agreement
By submitting content, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not submit content.
